Tasting Notes by Mr Foucauld de Meditte – Vallein Tercinier Cellar Master:
Color: A brown color with acacia highlights;
Nose: exceptionally long, with an attack of candied orange and mixed spices, notes of toasted vanilla with a cigar box finish;
Palate: A supple and delicate palate of smoked honey with a balanced rancio. Persistent flavors of dark chocolate, candied chestnuts, and candied fruit.
