Tasting Notes by Mr Foucauld de Meditte – Vallein Tercinier Cellar Master:
Color: gold, amber;
Nose: first, peach and white flowers, caramelized and toasted notes. At the end, vanilla wood and cigar box;
Mouth: exceptionally long with subtle “rancio”, some spiced notes and acacia honey. Perfectly balance and great elegance for such an old Cognac.
